Return Policy
Returns
You can return a product within 15 days, but at your expense. You must keep the original box and all the product's hardware (cross-bar, screws, wire connectors, uncut lamp wires, instructions, etc.). If any parts are missing, additional fees may apply.
How to Process a Return
You must send a request by email to: info@discountlighting.ca
In your email, please provide your original invoice number, the name or number of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return. The Discount Lighting team will contact you within 48 hours and provide instructions for the return.
Can I Exchange a Product Without Fees?
Each return/exchange situation is unique. The dimensions and weight of a product at Discount Lighting vary, and your delivery area may also affect whether there are fees for an exchange. Please know that the Discount Lighting team will always strive to minimize impacts on its customers.
Why Are There Fees for a Return?
At Discount Lighting, we always aim to offer the best price. We want our customers to pay a fair price. Therefore, Discount Lighting does not inflate prices to offer unlimited returns.
What Return Fees Can I Expect?
As mentioned, each case is unique, and Discount Lighting will always strive to minimize these fees for its customers. However, to give you an estimate, return fees can range from 10% to 20% of the purchase price. Each situation is different.
