Shipping is free once your order total reaches $75.00, including taxes, to all Canadian provinces.

For Yukon, the Northwest Territories, and Nunavut, shipping is free once your order total reaches $149.00, including taxes.

For orders that do not meet the applicable free shipping threshold, a $14.95 shipping fee will apply.

Processing & Delivery Times

In-Stock Products

Orders for in-stock products are generally processed and shipped within 1 business day of receiving the order.

Since our warehouse is located in Quebec, most orders delivered within Quebec and surrounding areas are received within approximately 2 to 3 business days from the date of purchase.

Delivery times to other regions of Canada may vary depending on the destination and carrier, with additional transit time required for more distant or remote areas.

Carrier pickups at our warehouse take place Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will therefore begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive tracking information as soon as your order has been picked up by the carrier.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, weather conditions, periods of high shipping volume, or other carrier-related delays beyond our control.

Out-of-Stock Products

If a product is currently out of stock, you will receive an email within 2 business days with an estimated delivery timeframe.

In general, please allow approximately 2 to 5 weeks for the delivery of an out-of-stock product.
